Outputs

The four main tangible outputs of the GIM project are accessible from this page:
The Report on Best Entrepreneurship Practices covers methodology, tools, activities that are used for the purpose of empowering young people with visual and motor impairments (minor disabilities). “Empowering” to be understood as developing soft skills and competencies.
The Handbook for Empowerment is a non-formal education manual of techniques and activities to be used in training courses for youth workers and other interested stakeholders targeting or intending to target youngsters with light disabilities and/or fewer opportunities.
The website contains information about the project, activities and outcomes and is continuously updated and fully operational for at least 5 years after the project is over, thereby maintaining its key function of education and information for external individuals and entities.
Using smart phones, video tutorials were created by the participants to the training course in Sardinia, Italy, regarding indoor and outdoor activities based on non-formal learning, specially designed for youngsters with light disabilities and/or fewer opportunities.
