The kick-off meeting with leaders of partner organisations was organized in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, between April 16-19, 2020.

4 participants (project coordinators, managers, youth workers), one from each partner, discussed:

• The communication plan;
• Project team and administrative issues;
• Project management issues, like venues, timetables, logistics, etc.;
• Project budget and financial management;
• Visa issues;
• Risk management plan;
• The main outcomes of the project:
  • Handbook for Empowerment;
  • Best Practices;
  • Web platform;
  • Video Tutorials.
• Dissemination, promotion and visibility plans.

During the kick-off meeting the consortium discussed the upcoming seminar in Lima and started collecting materials for the best practices guide.
