Activities
The following activities will be implemented during the project:
1. Capacity building activities:.
- Kick-off meeting in Cluj-Napoca, Romania;
- Seminar – Designing Insightful Innovation, in Lima, Peru;
- Mid-term evaluation in Sassari, Italy;
- Final evaluation in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
2. Youth exchange in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
3. Mobility of youth workers:
- Training course in Sassari, Italy;
- Job shadowing in Cluj-Napoca, Romania;
- Job-shadowing in Lima, Peru.
A preparation meeting between partners about agreements, management, financial and communication issues.
The seminar brings together youth workers and leaders of the partner organizations in order to share good practices.
The meeting is focusing on evaluating learning results of the training course and planning the web platform.
Analyze all project outcomes, final project management aspects, the dissemination and visibility plan and follow-up ideas.
Empowered by Nature tests, through non-formal education means, the methods and techniques designed in the seminar and the training course.
Flexibility with Entrepreneurship will train youth workers and leaders in non-formal education approaches, theoretical and practical and specific methods.
Job Shadowing activities aim to exchange innovative methodologies, experience, knowledge and best practices among consortium partners.
